Communicating changes is never easy. So that’s why the Rivierenland Fire Service contacted If We Were You to ask them for their help in communicating information about the new policy plan, Stroom 15.

Starting with an in-depth policy plan, we extracted the information that will really have an impact on all stakeholders and communicated it to them clearly and very openly. If opinion meant that the news might not be so good for some people, we also addressed that and explained why specific decisions had been taken.

Everything was summarised in a brochure for individuals and a website was designed where we went into more detail about certain items. We also created an animation to fully explain the most problematic changes.
