Newtel is a Belgian telecom integrator, with focus on customer care.
Newtel wanted to develop a VIP program for their most important clients. They asked us to design a concept for the program so that the VIP companies would feel what being a VIP is about.
Show the VIP companies that the Newtel team has a face and is always there for them. We organised a photoshoot with the employees. The pictures were integrated in a VIP program brochure. The program was sent to them in a fancy black box direct mail. And as ‘taking care’ is the central value of Newtel we added cotton wool to the mailing box (this also refers to the Dutch expression ‘in de watten leggen’).
